Managing Your Account and Subscription in U-Rite

Users often need to update their profile information or adjust subscription settings but aren’t always sure where to find these options within the U-Rite Dashboard. Whether you are changing your name, updating your email, replacing a profile photo, or modifying your subscription, U-Rite centralizes all account management in one place.


Accessing Account Settings

To get started:

  1. Log in to the U-Rite Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings or Profile Settings.

This section contains all of your personal and account-level information.


Updating Profile Information

From the Profile section, you can:

  • Update your name
  • Modify your email address
  • Upload or replace your profile picture

All changes are saved instantly and automatically sync across:

  • The U-Rite web platform
  • The Excel Add-In

Managing Your Subscription

To update your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription or Add-ons tab within your profile.
  2. From here, you can:
    • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
    • Add or remove optional features or modules

Subscription changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and a confirmation email will be sent summarizing the updates.


Email Change Verification

If you update your email address:

  1. U-Rite will send a verification email to the new address.
  2. Click the verification link to confirm the change.

Your new email will not become active until it is verified. This process helps protect account security and ensures uninterrupted access to:

  • Your model library
  • Downloads
  • Support resources
