Adding Promote and Argus Conversion Add-Ons in U-Rite
Users often sign up for a U-Rite plan and later realize they need additional capabilities—such as Promote calculations or Argus conversion tools—to support more complex underwriting workflows. These add-ons expand the power of your subscription but can be easy to overlook if you are unsure where to activate them.
Accessing Add-On Settings
To get started:
- Log in to the U-Rite Dashboard.
- Navigate to your Account Settings.
- Locate the Add-Ons section.
- Select Manage Add-Ons to view enhancements available for your current plan.
Available Add-Ons
From the list of available modules, you can enable the following:

Promote Module
Adds waterfall calculations, promote tiers, and partner-level distribution modeling. -
Argus Conversions Module
Enables upload and conversion of Argus Enterprise property files directly into U-Rite, generating a fully populated underwriting model automatically.
Enabling an Add-On
To activate an add-on:
- Click Select under the module you want to enable.
- Review the pricing and subscription changes.
- Enter or confirm billing information if prompted.
- Confirm the update to your subscription.
The exact flow may vary depending on your organization’s configuration.
Using Your New Tools
Once activated, the add-ons become available throughout the platform:
- The Promote module unlocks promote and waterfall settings directly within your model.
- The Argus Conversions module enables the conversion workflow on the Dashboard import page.
You can begin using these tools immediately after activation.
