Users often begin with the Lite plan or browse the platform without realizing how to activate the full power of U-Rite Pro. Signing up for the Pro plan unlocks advanced underwriting workflows, automation tools, enhanced modeling capabilities, and professional-grade outputs.
How to Sign Up for U-Rite Pro
Step 1: Visit the U-Rite Dashboard
- Go to the U-Rite Dashboard.
- Click Sign Up.
If you already have an account:
- Open your Account Profile
- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab
Step 2: Create or Log Into Your Account
If you do not yet have a U-Rite account:
- Enter your name, work email, and password.
- Check your inbox for a verification email.
- Click the verification link to activate your account.
If you already have an account:
- Log in and proceed directly to the Subscriptions tab.
Step 3: Select the U-Rite Pro Plan
- Choose U-Rite Pro from the available subscription tiers.
- Review the plan details, included features, and available add-ons.
U-Rite Pro is ideal for users who need advanced modeling tools, automation, and expanded integrations.

Confirm the features typically included with U-Rite Pro:
- Full modeling capabilities across all asset types
- Unlimited properties

Billing and Activation
Step 4: Enter Billing Information (If Required)
- Provide your payment details.
- Review the subscription summary.
