Vacancy Loss
The Vacancy and Credit Loss is where the Vacancy and Credit loss assumptions will be inputted. A single percentage can be used, or a custom profile can be used to have different vacancy/credit assumptions across the Analysis Period.

Economic Vacancy
The Economic Vacancy Input Section allows users to configure how the software calculates economic vacancy
