Variable %

The percentage of a line item that is relative to a property's occupancy. For example, a 50% variable percentage would indicate that 50% of the line item is fixed and will be incurred regardless of the building's occupancy. The remaining 50% will be multiplied by the building occupancy to determine how much of the line item is incurred.
