Excel Output

When analyzing a property, users can select the following options to display for their U-Rite analysis.

Users can select to display individual, aggregate or both cash flows

Worksheets

The Aggregate Cash Flow will generate the consolidated Cash Flow for the whole Portfolio.

By enabling Individual Cash Flows, the user can select to display the Cash Flow of each property by checking the Checkbox.

Export Inputs
Property Inputs can be exported to an Excel worksheet. For the multiple properties within a Portfolio, user can choose which Property Inputs to output. The property inputs will then be outputted as separate Excel worksheets.

Export Support to an Excel worksheet.
Export Cash Flow
Export the Cash Flow to an Excel worksheet.
Export Report
U-Rite analyzes and leverages the data from the Cash Flow to present data in graphs and tables.

Users can customize their branding colors and table threshold preferences.

Users can select whether they want to output Detailed Line Items for Miscellaneous Revenue, Operating Expenses, Recoveries and Capital Expenditures.
