Lease Commission Profile
Lease Commission Profiles can be created either in the Lease Commission tab on the sidebar or in the Method cell under Lease Commission. To modify the data, double-click on a Method cell or click the menu icon on the right. An action view will pop up, displaying existing Lease Commission Profiles and offering an option to create a new profile. Click Create new profile to create a new Lease Commission Profile.
Lease Commission Profile mirrors the Tenant Improvement Profile in terms of how U-Rite works, except the % of Lease option is added to the method.
Properties
The Lease Commission profile contains the following subsections:
