Percentage Rent Profile

Custom Percentage Rent Profiles can be created either in the Percentage Rent tab on the sidebar or in the Method cell under Percentage Rent. To create a Profile in the Percentage Rent tab, click the ADD+ button. In a table view, double-click on a Method cell, or click the menu icon on the right. An action view will pop up, displaying existing percentage rent Profiles and offering an option to create new profile. Click Create new profile to create a new percentage rent profile.

The Percentage Rent profile contains the following subsections:

• Distribution

Name	Options	Description
Name		Name of the Percentage Rent Profile
Show profile in other properties		Share the Percentage Rent Profile with other properties.

Sales

Name	Options	Description
Sales Method	Amount Amount/Unit	Enter Sales Method.
Sales Amount		Enter a static amount or create a custom Amount Profile.
Sales Inflation		Determine if there will be inflation in Percentage Rent. Custom Inflation Profile can be used here.
Sales Inflation Timing	Fiscal Calendar	Determine whether inflation is based on Calendar or Fiscal Year (e.g., analysis start date).

Breakpoint

Name	Options	Description
Breakpoint Method	Natural Amount/Unit Amount Zero	Enter a method for the breakpoint. Click here to learn more about Breakpoint Methods.
Breakpoint Amount		Enter an amount for the breakpoint.

Distribution

Name	Options	Description
Distribution Method	Actuals Custom Allocation	Select if the Percentage Rent will be distributed as Actuals (when they occur during the development) or create a custom Percentage Rent schedule.
