Rent Schedule Profile

Rent Schedule Profiles can be created in either the Rent Schedule tab on the sidebar, or in the Method cell under Base Rent. Rent Schedule Profiles help you keep track of custom rent schedules that do not follow standard schedules. To modify the data, double-click on the Method cell or click the menu icon on the right. An action view will pop up and display existing Rent Schedule Profiles and offer an option to create a new profile. Click Create New Profile to create a new Rent Schedule Profile.

Relative Timing

Name	Options	Description
Name		Set a Name for the Rent Schedule Profile.
Years		Enter years of the rent schedule.
Months		Enter months of the rent schedule.
Type	Base Rent Rent Increase Rent Decrease	Enter the rent type.
Method	Amount/Unit/Year Amount/Unit/Month Amount/Year Amount/Month % of Market	Enter the rent method.
Amount		Enter an amount.
Inflation		Enter the inflation rate as a percentage or use an Inflation profile.
Show profile in other properties		Share the Rent Schedule Profile with other properties.

Absolute Timing

Toggle between using Date or Years and/or Months for the rent schedule term.
