Analysis Settings
The Analysis Settings are located in the Inputs section of the U-Rite sidebar and allow users to set basic information about the property and how they want to analyze it.
Properties
Term & Units
| Name | Options | Description |

| Analysis Start Date * | Enter the start date (Month and Year) for your property analysis. This is when the U-Rite-generated cash flow begins. (Default: current year and month) | |
| Analysis Term * | Enter the number of years you want to analyze. (Default: 10 years) | |
| Analysis Period * | Monthly Quarterly Yearly | Data can be displayed as Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly results. |
| Currency * | USD CAD EUR JPY GBP AUD CHF CNH SEK NZD | Select the desired currency. |
| Area Units * | SF M2 | Area can be displayed in Square Feet (ft²) or Square Meters (m²). |
Stabilization
Define when your building is considered stabilitzed.
